1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

- If the order has not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may request a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Same-Day Orders
- Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable)
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
